City Anatomy accepts returns within 14 days of purchase in the original packaging. I will send you a shipping label and your partial refund will be processed when the item has been received. All shipping fees are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

All digital products are available worldwide!

As for physical products, currently, I only ship to some European countries and USA. But, if I don’t ship to your country email me and I might be able to add your country to my shipping zones.

Maybe! I are unable to know for sure if this will happen to your package, as it varies per order and country. You as the customer, are responsible for the custom fees in your country. If you do not pay these, your item might be returned to me. If I receive your returned package from customs:

1) You can pay shipping again to have the package re-sent
OR
2) I can partially refund your order, minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping costs

If you received a damaged item, please email me and include the following information:

• Order confirmation

• Pictures of the packaging and damaged item

I will do our best to replace your item if available.

PRODUCTS

I make all products myself and I try to minimize as much waste as possible. I print on archival quality paper that is FSC certified.

SHIPPING

All packaging is 100% recyclable and made out of cardboard or paper.

I am working to have all my envelopes FSC certified or made out of recycled materials. I will also reuse packing materials when possible.

Packing sleeves are made out of glassine, which is glossy compressed paper that is water and grease resistant.
