Designer, Illustrator and Engineer

From Blueprints to Wireframes

I grew up in the vibrant city of La Paz, Bolivia, a place that shaped both my analytical and creative sides. From a young age, I was drawn to two seemingly opposite worlds: visual art and civil engineering. Inspired by my father’s work, I pursued civil engineering, moving to the U.S. to study and later work as a structural engineer.

When I moved to Copenhagen, I reconnected with my creative side, diving into illustration and content creation. It was here that I stumbled upon the world of UX/UI design, a field that blends logic and creativity. I realized that my engineering background gave me a structured approach to problem-solving, while my experience as an illustrator sharpened my eye for design and storytelling.

Why UX/UI Design?

UX/UI design excites me because it’s all about people- their experiences, needs, and interactions with the digital world. I’m passionate about crafting designs that are usable, accessible, and visually interesting. As a curious person, I’m always eager to learn more about people and the world that surrounds me, constantly seeking new insights to create better, more meaningful experiences.
